Akram's wife dies at the age of 42? - air ambulance training
Huma, the wife of former captain Wasim Akram of Pakistan, died Sunday after the development of cardiac and renal complications. She was taken to Apollo Hospital in Chennai on Tuesday after his condition deteriorated on board an Air Ambulance flight from Lahore to Singapore, where he was treated at Mount Elizabeth Hospital. She died at 9.45 clock reported, according to hospital sources.
Huma, 42, is survived by two son, Taimur, and Akbar, and is set to fly his body back to Pakistan. A trained doctor herself, she had some access to the largest hospitals in Pakistan as a psychologist and therapist.
