I want to be able to make a DVD slideshow of the fastest and easiest way of all the transitions of the same thing with the click of a button to do. Is this possible?

No ... No one click on the option for the transition into the WMM (Windows Movie Maker). Unfortunately, WMM is a very basic video editing with limited functionality ... the ability to click on one of them.
Other purchases of video-editing software includes the type of action you're looking for - but not WMM.
